With over 12 years of professional experience in HR, administration, and finance, including 7 years in senior HR roles within the BPO industry, Grace brings a wealth of expertise to her role as head of Human Resources at Outsourcing Alliance. She oversees key functions such as employee administration, development programs, engagement, and retention initiatives aimed at fostering organizational growth. Additionally, she manages the company’s finance and accounting operations, ensuring seamless business performance. Grace holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is a Civil Service – Professional Level passer.
